The role requires:
Previous Cook/Chef experience.
Creative approach to food and a passion for your trade.
The ability to be consistent and produce high-quality food.
Experience with catering for large functions and events.
Flexibility in working a 7-day roster, early starts and evenings.
Registered Food Safety Certificates and other relevant qualifications.
Be able to interact with guests and deliver excellent customer service.
