Experience in bulk cooking or large-scale kitchens
HACCP/Food Safety knowledge
Confident in a fast-paced, professional kitchen

To Be Considered, You’ll Need (or be willing to obtain):
Cert III or IV in Commercial Cookery (or equivalent qualification)
National Police Check (within 6 months)
Food Safety Certificate
Full Australian working rights
