Aiding in the training and growth of the kitchen team.
Providing support to the Head Cook to manage inventory and maintain stock levels.

Qualifications
Experience in a kitchen/cooking role within a busy hospitality environment
Experience leading and developing a team
Certificate in commercial cookery or equivalent experience
Positive understanding of food safety concerns
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
