At Concrite, we’re looking for a motivated and hands‑on Team Leader to lead our Canberra Mini Mix Fyshwick concrete operations. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced leader who enjoys a fast‑paced setting, values safety, and wants to make a real impact on residential, commercial, and infrastructure projects across the ACT region.

What You’ll Be Doing

Leading, supporting and coordinating a team of agitator drivers and plant employees
Managing the supply of raw materials including cement, aggregates, sand and admixtures
Driving a positive safety culture through pre‑start meetings, toolbox talks and incident reporting
Overseeing plant maintenance, housekeeping and operational performance
Building strong relationships with customers, dispatch, drivers and internal stakeholders

Managing plant costs, raising purchase orders and supporting operational efficiency

What You’ll Bring

Previous leadership or supervisory experience within a manufacturing, construction, logistics or similar operational workplace
Solid communication and team leadership skills
A proactive approach, with the ability to manage multiple priorities




A commitment to safety and continuous improvement

Front End Loader and/or Forklift licences will be highly regarded
