About the Role
We are seeking an experiencedSolution Architectto join a large-scaleClaims System Modernizationprogram.
You will play a key role in designing scalable, secure, and integrated solutions while working closely with Enterprise Architects, delivery teams, business stakeholders, and technology partners.
Key Responsibilities
Design end-to-end solution architecture for claims modernization initiatives.
Deliver scalable, secure, and integrated solutions aligned with enterprise architecture standards.
Collaborate with Solution Architects, Enterprise Architects, delivery teams, and business stakeholders.
Drive architecture governance, technical decision-making, and solution assurance.
Design integration, application, data, and security architectures across enterprise platforms.
Support end-to-end claims lifecycle processes and digital transformation initiatives.
Required Skills & Experience
10+ years of IT experience with significant Solution Architecture experience in complex enterprise environments.
Strong experience inClaims Management, Workers' Compensation, Insurance,



Injury Management, or Case Managementdomains.
Expertise in:Salesforce CRM
MuleSoft
IBM WebSphere Application & Integration Platforms
AWS Cloud
Strong integration, application, data, and security architecture experience.
Experience designing enterprise solutions across complex, multi-vendor environments.
Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and influencing skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in quick-paced transformation programs.
Experience inGovernment, Insurance, Regulatory, or other highly regulated environmentsis highly desirable.
Preferred Experience
Enterprise architecture governance and solution assurance.
Large-scale application modernization and digital transformation.
Cross-functional collaboration with business and technology stakeholders.
