The position
Redox offers a permanent full‐time role (9am to 5pm) for an enthusiastic and experienced Transport Support Officer in the Minto transport office.
You will support day‐to‐day operations of the Minto warehouse, coordinating with the wider Operations Team to drive business goals and objectives.
Key responsibilities include:
Organising and writing consignment notes
Arranging freight bookings for deliveries and receivals
Recording and reconciling pallet transactions
Inventory management and resolving stock variances or quality problems
Tracking and uploading proof of deliveries
Releasing forward orders
Compiling delivery run sheets and store reports
Laminating Emergency Information Panels (EIP's)
Responding to sales/marketing queries and requests
General administrative duties and customer service
Assisting sales representatives and other staff with queries
Ensuring all staff and visitors adhere to Redox's policies,



procedures and WH&S; conditions in compliance with state and federal legislation
About You
1 year experience in a similar role
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
Customer‐centric with high attention to detail
Ability to liaise and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders
Dangerous goods experience an advantage
Reliable with exceptional time‐management skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
Flexible and able to multitask in a fast‐paced environment
