Position Overview:
Farmers Centre Narrogin are searching for the right applicant to grow their parts team and provide a higher level of customer service meeting the increased demand for customer part sales.
The primary role centres around delivering exceptional service to our valued customers, ensuring that they receive precise and timely guidance regarding their parts necessities.
The successful applicant will be serving customers over the counter and the phone.
This is a full time, permanent opportunity that guarantees stability.
About the role:
Identifying parts for clients and the service department.
Managing inquiries from the front counter, both in person and over the phone.
Successfully providing accurate and timely solutions for customer needs.
Addressing pending tasks related to parts inquiries and customer concerns.
Utilising system-based parts interpretation through a variety of digital and printed resources.




Adhering to company procedures for accounts receivable in connection to parts sales.
Assisting in maintaining the presentation of display areas and the cleanliness of stock.
Your Profile:
You exhibit a genuine enthusiasm for customer service.
must possess the following qualities, experience, and capabilities:
Background knowledge in farm machinery.
Experience working as a parts interpreter at an agricultural machinery dealership.
Proficiency in various computer application systems and databases.
Outstanding organisational capabilities, including the aptitude to handle multiple tasks.
