This is a casual role with ongoing, consistent work across multiple residential projects.

First Lift Program (12 Weeks)
30‐min weekly sessions in branch before you head out to site for the day
Learn on the job + structured training
Mix of technical skills + personal development
Work in a crew of 3 with a Leading Hand supporting you
The Role
Load/unload trucks + secure gear
Install & dismantle scaffolding and safety systems
Work on residential building sites
Complete basic reports and checks
What You Need
Scaffolding or construction experience
Or experience working in a blue‐collar workplace (essential)
White Card
Driver's licence + own transport (essential)
Willing to work Mon to Fri, with an average availability of up to ***** hours a week
Physically fit and ready for hands‐on work in a fast‐paced residential construction environment
It's a Bonus If You Have
Scaffold ticket or height safety experience
MR licence
