About the Role
This is a busy, hands-on administration role supporting our trades team, where no two days look quite the same.
Reporting to the Team Lead, you'll be the person who keeps the day-to-day running smoothly across operations, records and accommodation for a skilled trades workforce that includes professionals recruited from overseas.
The role spans three core areas.
You'll complete the daily reconciliation of timesheets to keep payroll and project costing accurate and on track.
You'll maintain clear, current records across team member contacts, accommodation, uniforms and tools, so the right information is always easy to find.
And you'll coordinate accommodation for the team, liaising with real estate agents and property managers, organising repairs and maintenance, conducting internal property inspections, and managing housing requests as they arise.
Beyond these, you'll lend a hand with invoicing and purchase orders, support visa and skilled migration paperwork, and provide flexible administrative support to the Team Lead wherever it's needed.
It's a varied role with real ownership, suited to someone who likes to stay organised, keep things moving, and take pride in being the dependable centre of a busy team.
About You
You're an organised, proactive administrator who enjoys variety and takes genuine satisfaction in keeping things running well.
You're equally comfortable reconciling a timesheet, updating a register, or following up a property manager about a repair, and you bring care and accuracy to all of it.

You communicate confidently with both your own team and external parties like agents and contractors, you use your initiative to spot what needs doing and follow it through, and you handle sensitive information with discretion.
A warm, practical manner and the cultural awareness to support a diverse, international workforce will take you a long way in this role.
Ideally, you'll bring:
Solid administration experience, ideally in a busy operational, trades or construction environment
Strong organisation and attention to detail, with the ability to juggle priorities and meet deadlines
Confident communication skills and sound systems literacy, including the Microsoft Office suite
If you're someone who likes being the reliable person everyone can count on, we'd love to hear from you.
