We're offering an exciting opportunity for an experienced Sonographer to step into a Modality Lead role at Bairnsdale Regional Health Service—where you can lead a service, stay hands‐on clinically, and enjoy an unbeatable coastal/regional lifestyle.

About the Role
Deliver high‐quality ultrasound services across inpatient, outpatient and emergency settings
Lead day‐to‐day operations of the sonography service
Mentor staff and support student development
Drive quality, safety, and service improvement
Work closely with a collaborative multidisciplinary team

What you'll bring
ASAR accredited Sonographer (AHPRA registered)
Solid clinical experience (ideally 5+ years)
Leadership, mentoring or supervisory experience (or ready to step up)
Passion for quality care and team development
