We're looking for an A-player who thrives on testing, learning and scaling.
You'll own our paid acquisition across Meta, Google, LinkedIn and any channel worth exploring.
We want someone who understands today's algorithm-first world, isn't afraid to challenge convention, and can pivot quickly when the data demands it.

What You'll Do
Own paid media strategy across Meta, Google and emerging platforms.
Launch, test and scale high-performing campaigns.
Work closely with our creative and social team to produce winning ads.
Continuously test creative, messaging, audiences and offers.




Stay ahead of platform updates, AI and advertising trends.
Optimise campaigns based on performance, not opinions.
What We're Looking For
Expert across Meta Ads, Google Ads and performance marketing.
Strong analytical mindset with excellent commercial judgement.
Moves fast, adapts quickly and loves experimenting.
Comfortable making decisions from data.
Passionate about AI, innovation and what's next.
