Landscape Gardener- Softscaping & Maintenance
Casual Position- Average ***** hours weekly
Pay- $31-$36 p/h (depending on experience) + super + fuel reinbursemnt + commision
Who are we
Tom's Landscaping is a small family-run softscaping business based in Wanneroo, proudly servicing all Perth northern suburbs.
Started by husband-and-wife duo Tom & Nat, we are a young and enthusiastic team passionate about creating beautiful outdoor spaces and building strong relationships with our clients.
We pride ourselves on delivering high-quality gardens while maintaining a supportive, positive team culture.
We mainly provide regular ongoing maintenance and softscaping services for wonderful long-term clients who have become part of the Tom's Landscaping family, alongside larger one-off landscaping projects throughout the year.
About the Role
This is a casual position with consistent ongoing work available Monday to Saturday.
Reliable team members will have access to as much work as they want.
Duties Include:
Mowing, edging and whipper snipping
Weeding
Hedging and trimming
Mulch and plant installation
Turf installation
Green waste removals
What Your Day Looks Like
After completing a 2-week paid training period alongside Tom, you will transition into working independently.
Days begin and finish at the Tom's Landscaping office in Wanneroo, starting at 6:40am sharp.
Finish times generally range between 2pm–5pm depending on the workload.
Each morning you'll receive your schedule,



hitch the company trailer to your personal vehicle, and travel between clients throughout the day.
After each job, you'll send a short end-of-session summary to the office before returning the trailer at day's end.
What We're Looking For
Experience is preferred but not essential and will be considered when determining pay rate.
Essential qualities:
Positive can-do attitude
Eagerness to learn and take feedback
Reliable and hardworking
Good communication and customer service skills
Able to work independently and in a team
Able to work outdoors in all reasonable weather conditions
Physically capable of shifts up to 10 hours
Able to arrive for a 6:40am start
Access to a phone for communication and reporting
Essential requirements:
Must hold a minimum C Class (car) driver's licence
Must have access to a standard car suitable for towing company trailers
