Positions Available
Curry Chef
Key ResponsibilitiesPrepare and cook authentic Indian curries and traditional dishes.
Maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and consistency.
Assist with menu planning and recipe development.
Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene regulations.
Monitor stock levels and minimise food wastage.
Tandoori Chef
Key ResponsibilitiesPrepare and cook a variety of authentic tandoori dishes using traditional techniques.
Operate and maintain the tandoor oven safely and efficiently.
Prepare marinades, naan breads, kebabs, and other tandoori specialties.
Maintain quality, cleanliness, and food safety standards.
Work effectively with the kitchen team during busy service periods.
Wait Staff
Key ResponsibilitiesWelcome guests with a friendly and professional attitude.
Take food and beverage orders accurately.
Serve meals and beverages efficiently.
Maintain a clean and organised dining area.
Deliver exceptional customer service to ensure an outstanding dining experience.
What We're Looking For
Relevant experience in the position applied for.
Passion for hospitality and customer service.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
A positive attitude and a strong work ethic.
Salary & Perks
Annual salary package: $76,000–$80,000, depending on experience and qualifications.
