Manager: Oversees teams, delivers strategic outcomes, manages stakeholder relationships.
EL2
Senior Leader: Directs divisions, shapes policy, advises executives, drives high-level decisions.
Functional Areas Opportunities span a wide range of functions, including: Participant Experience & Service Delivery Frontline roles supporting participants through case management, planning, and program coordination.
Policy, Governance & Strategy Positions focused on policy development, governance frameworks, strategic planning, and consultation.
Data,



Analytics & Insights Roles in data analysis, reporting, research, and economic insights to inform decision-making.
Communications, Digital & Engagement Internal and external communications, digital content, intranet management, and media production.
Training, Capability & Learning Designing and delivering training programs, capability uplift, and workforce development.
Projects, PMO & Agile Delivery Project management, PMO support, and agile delivery roles driving organisational initiatives.
Corporate Services Business support, administration, and property management functions.
