WHAT IS THE ROLE
This critical role will ensure Buzz and your direct Team manage all inbound/outbound freight effectively ensuring delivery schedules are met on time and on budget.
Managing a small Team with a key focus on coaching, mentoring and supporting your Team to meet set objectives.
Ensuring we have the right Freight Forwarders to deliver on business demand along with fostering and building these relationships.
You will identify, drive and deliver on process/system improvements and look at continually bringing improvement and efficiencies to the Logistics function.
WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
The ideal candidate will possess the following essential skills and attributes:
3 – 5 Years experience managing and developing a Logistics Team
Exposure to a Global freight landscape
Proven experience delivering to set DIFOT targets
Strong track record of improving processes, systems and reducing freight costs




Demonstrated ability to manage challenging shipping lanes, compliance and customs requirements
Experience managing relationships and negotiating best rates/trading terms with Freight Forwarders
