Careful and meticulous restoration has transformed the landmark heritage site at 23 Bourke Street into a four-level haven of immersive, French-accented dining and celebratory experiences; including a showpiece restaurant spanning the lower two floors, a late-night supper club in the basement and an elegant rooftop terrace.

About the chance:
We are looking for the industry's finest Hosts to join our team. Be the face of Melbourne's most anticipated restaurant. You will have experience in liaising with high-profile clientele, immaculate presentation and attention to detail.

The Ideal Candidate Must Have:
Experience as a Host in a premium venue
Experience with Seven Rooms, Guest Centre, OpenTable, Table Check, ResPAK or similar




Immaculate presentation and exceptional communication
Demonstrated experience in exceeding guest expectations
Adaptable and able to multi-task effectively
Strong work ethic and a "can do" attitude
Outgoing personality and genuine interest in the day-to-day operations
Excellent attention to detail and time management
Availability to work a rotating roster including opening and closing shifts, weekends and public holidays
A valid RSA certificate
