JOB DESCRIPTION
We are seeking a motivated and experiencedTeam Leaderto manage a team of tradespeople responsible for the installation of ATM machines across SA.
This hands-on leadership role involves coordinating people, resources, and schedules to ensure safe, timely, and high-quality installations for a range of clients.
The ideal candidate will haveexperience manage a team,trade qualificationsandMR Truck License.




experience with ATM and technology installation preferred but not essential.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Lead and manage a team of 3 tradespeople conducting ATM and technology installations.
Actively participate in installations, working on the tools alongside team members.
Hire and train new staff to ensure team capability and consistency.
Develop and manage staff rosters to meet project timelines and client needs.
Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure adequate resourcing.
Liaise closely with clients and project managers to communicate progress, resolve issues, and ensure expectations are met.
Monitor and enforce compliance with workplace health and safety (WHS) procedures and safe work practices.
Conduct toolbox talks and safety briefings.
Ensure high standards of workmanship and customer service are maintained across all jobs.
SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
Atrade qualification(electrical, mechanical, or related field preferred).
A validMR (Medium Rigid) driver's licence.
Proven experience leading teams in a field-based, trade or installation workplace.
Strong understanding of WHS regulations and a commitment to safety.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Willingness to travel and work flexible hours as required.
Experience installing equipment preferred but not required
Ability to check blueprint, repair manuals
Must have right to work in Australia
Must be able to obtain police clearance
