What our program offers:
A 12-month graduate program that includes rotations within a broad and agile organisation, followed by a permanent full-time opportunity

A strong support network including mentors, buddies and a dedicated graduate program manager

A Graduate Learning Series focused on building your confidence and supporting your transition into the corporate world

A capstone project where you'll work with other graduates on a real business challenge and present your recommendations to senior leaders

About the Opportunity
Working within our Artificial Intelligence (AI) Strategy division, you will gain hands-on experience helping explore, develop and deliver AI solutions that create value for the business and improve member and customer experiences.
Throughout the program, you will:
Support the development, testing and ongoing improvement of AI and automation solutions

Identify opportunities where AI can improve processes, decision-making and customer/member experiences
Work with different teams to understand business problems and turn them into practical AI solutions

Assist with AI prototyping, experiments and pilot projects

Monitor and test AI outputs to ensure quality, accuracy and responsible use





Prepare and explore data to support AI models and experiments

Contribute insights, recommendations and learnings while building your skills in AI and emerging technologies

What you'll need to be successful:

To be considered for the program, you'll need:
A Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology Systems, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field (desirable)

To have completed studies by end of **** or within the last 2 years

Quick learner, curiosity with a genuine commitment to learning and developing yourself

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Demonstrates a passion for building and experimenting with technology (desirable)

Resilience and a positive approach when navigating new challenges

Ability to work collaboratively and build relationships with stakeholders

Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills and an ability to generate practical solutions

Previous work experience in technology, digital, data, analytics or business environments (desirable)

Successful candidates will need to travel to different RACV Resorts across Victoria
