Chisholm is seeking an experienced Digital Technician for our Digital, AI and Technology Centre of Excellence (CoE).

About The Role
Lead the design, optimisation and governance of digital platforms, AI technologies, automation solutions and collaboration environments.
Provide specialist technical expertise and strategic advice regarding emerging technologies, platform roadmaps and digital capability development.
Identify opportunities to enhance organisational performance through innovative use of data, AI, digital technologies and automation.
Lead the establishment, configuration and ongoing operation of tools used for innovation, prototyping, and experimentation (e.g. AI tools, low-code platforms, data sandboxes).
Deploy and maintain automation workflows and integrations.
Maintain accurate records of digital assets, licences, environments, and configurations.
Administer lifecycle management of tools and platforms including provisioning, upgrades, and decommissioning.
Lead technical workstreams and specialist activities associated with the delivery of digital, AI and technology initiatives.
Provide technical leadership during planning, solution design, implementation and transition phases.
Support onboarding and training of staff in the use of digital tools and platforms.
Develop quick reference guides, how-to materials, and support documentation.
Lead compliance with technology governance, cyber security,



privacy and data management requirements.
This position is assessed as partly remote capable and if this position is approved for flexible work arrangements Chisholm's retains the right to recall to campus in the event of incidents and events that require on campus attendance.
About You
You are a highly motivated individual with demonstrated experience providing specialist advice and leadership in digital technologies, cloud services, AI, automation or enterprise platforms.
Qualifications Required For The Role
Post secondary qualification in Information Technology, Digital Technologies, Computer Science, or related field; or equivalent experience.
