In the role of aHealth Banking Manager,you will join theSpecialised Banking team in Brisbaneas we strengthen our focus on customer obsession and winning together.
You'll make an impact each day by:
Developing a structured sales approach through needs analysis to drive meaningful customer conversations, deepen relationships, and foster customer satisfaction and referrals.
Utilising NAB's CRM to record activities, sales opportunities, and specialist referrals, ensuring seamless workflow and collaboration.
Assisting in writing, processing, and executing lending proposals, providing tailored financial solutions to healthcare clients.
Proactively manage risk, adhere to compliance requirements, and elevate issues as identified, ensuring a robust and secure banking workplace.
Utilising your expertise, knowledge of the business lending process and customer obsession to manage your stakeholder relationships and portfolios.
You'll bring to this role:
Proven track record in origination,



relationship management and business development (healthcare sector experience preferred).
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to build trust and rapport with clients and stakeholders with varying levels of financial circumstances.
Strong risk management acumen and commitment to adhering to policies and procedures.
Resilience and adaptability to an ever‐evolving industry.
A genuine passion for customer service and extensive customer facing experience.
Strong financial acumen and commercial judgement.
Experience in lending and sound ability to read and interpret all aspects of customer financials.
