We are seeking an experiencedMicrosoft Identity & Access Management (IAM) Engineerto support and maintain our enterprise identity environment acrossActive Directory, Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD), and Azure services.
This role will focus on providing critical BAU support, onboarding new applications into the identity ecosystem, managing privileged access requests, maintaining directory hygiene, supporting cloud synchronization services, and resolving complex Level 3 support issues.
The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring secure, reliable, and efficient identity and access management services across the organisation.
This will be a 3-4 month contract.
Duties of the Role
Manage the onboarding and integration of recent applications, including configuring and supporting Single Sign-On (SSO) solutions using Microsoft Entra ID.
Provision, modify, and administer privileged access across Active Directory, Microsoft Entra ID, and Azure environments in accordance with security standards.
Maintain Active Directory and Microsoft Entra ID hygiene through regular audits, remediation activities, and compliance reviews.
Provide operational support and administration for Microsoft Entra Cloud Sync services,



ensuring reliable identity synchronization across environments.
Investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve complex Level 3 incidents and service requests relating to identity and access management platforms.
Collaborate with security, infrastructure, and application teams to improve IAM processes, governance, and operational effectiveness.
Skills Required for the Role
Strong hands-on experience administering Microsoft Active Directory, Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD), and Azure identity services.
Demonstrated experience implementing and supporting Single Sign-On (SSO), federation, and application identity integrations.
Solid understanding of Privileged Access Management (PAM), Role-Based Access Control (RBAC), and identity governance principles.
Experience supporting Microsoft Entra Cloud Sync, directory synchronization, and hybrid identity environments.
Advanced troubleshooting capabilities with the ability to resolve complex Level 3 support incidents within enterprise environments.
Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to work effectively across technical and business teams.
