The Role
AsShift Supervisor, you'll play a hands‐on leadership role ensuring smooth, high‐quality daily operations, including:
Leading shifts and motivating team performance
Delivering outstanding customer service and guest experiences
Overseeing food preparation, service standards, and product quality
Maintaining food safety, hygiene, and compliance
Managing inventory, stock, and ordering
Ensuring a clean, organized, and high‐standard venue
Handling customer issues confidently and professionally
Supporting team training, culture, and operational success
Assisting with marketing and promotional initiatives

What We're Looking For
1–2 years' experience in a supervisory role within hospitality
Strong leadership and communication skills
Proven ability to deliver exceptional customer service
Ability to thrive in a fast‐paced, high‐volume environment
Positive, motivated, and solutions‐focused attitude
Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends
Current Food Safety Supervisor Certificate (or willingness to obtain)
Current RSA certification (or willingness to obtain)
