An exciting opportunity has become available for a Project Manager to join a well-established project management and development firm with an outstanding reputation in the Australian property market.
Working alongside institutional investors, property owners, developers and corporate clients, you'll lead the delivery ofprojects across commercial, education, hospitality, aged care, residential and mixed-use sectors.
The Opportunity
Lead projects from feasibility through design, procurement, construction and handover.
Manage multidisciplinary consultant teams throughout the full project lifecycle.
Act as the trusted advisor and primary point of contact for clients and key stakeholders.
Drive programme, cost, quality and commercial outcomes across multiple concurrent projects.
Build and maintain long-term client relationships through exceptional project delivery.
Mentor and support junior team members within a collaborative, high-performing environment.
About You
5+ years' experience within a client-side consultancy, developer or professional services workplace.
Demonstrated experience delivering commercial, residential, aged care,



hospitality or mixed-use refurbishment and developmentsprojects.
Strong commercial acumen with a sound understanding of procurement, contract administration and project governance.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to build trusted client relationships.
Relevant tertiary qualifications in Construction Management, Property, Engineering, Architecture or a related discipline.
Professional memberships or chartership are highly regarded.
