Orchestra Victoria is a performance partner of Australia's national ballet company, The Australian Ballet, national opera company, Opera Australia and Victorian Opera.
The orchestra also has a rich performance life beyond the pit, providing music festivals, orchestral concerts and education programmes, across the beautiful state of Victoria.
The Role
Orchestra Victoria is seeking a Community Outreach Coordinator to take our regional, educational and public programming activities to the next level.
This newly created role will be responsible for developing an impactful program that spans regional and suburban touring, educational programs and other public programming opportunities.
This multifaceted role requires expertise in artistic planning,



relationship management, budgeting and producing.
The ideal candidate will have experience in public programming and be motivated to develop current initiatives that further Orchestra Victoria's social impact.
This position is offered as a 0.6 FTE for a 2-year contract and is Melbourne based.
Travel within Australia may be required.

Salary Range is $70,000 - $80,000 FTE.
