Due to continued growth, we are seeking an experienced Commercial Property Manager to join our team and take ownership of a mixed portfolio of commercial and residential properties across Townsville and South East Queensland.
The Role
Reporting directly to the Directors, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of a diverse property portfolio, ensuring assets are professionally managed, tenants receive outstanding service, and owners achieve strong financial performance.
Key Responsibilities
Manage a portfolio of commercial, industrial and residential properties.
Build and maintain strong relationships with tenants, contractors and stakeholders.
Coordinate lease administration including renewals, rent reviews, option notices and lease expiries.
Prepare annual budgets, monitor expenditure and maximise property performance.
Manage rent collection, arrears and recovery processes.
Coordinate maintenance, repairs and capital works.
Obtain contractor quotations, manage work orders and oversee project completion.
Conduct routine property inspections and prepare detailed reports.
Ensure compliance with Queensland legislation, lease obligations and workplace safety requirements.
Liaise with solicitors,



valuers, accountants and consultants when required.
Prepare owner reports and provide strategic recommendations to improve asset performance.
Assist with acquisitions, due diligence and current property onboarding.
About You
To succeed in this role you will have:
Previous experience managing commercial property portfolios.
Sound understanding of Queensland property legislation and commercial leasing.
Experience managing mixed-use portfolios (commercial and residential) will be highly regarded.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Strong financial and budgeting skills.
High level of organisation with exceptional attention to detail.
Ability to prioritise competing deadlines and work autonomously.
Strong customer service focus and professional presentation.
Current driver's licence.
