We are looking for a Structural Engineering Intern to join our Newcastle team.
The role will support the structural team in the design and analysis of bridges and civil structures, assist with engineering calculations, prepare technical documentation, and participate in site visits to assess existing structures.
How you'll make a difference:
Support the structural team in the design and analysis of bridges and civil structures under the guidance of experienced engineers.
Assist with engineering calculations, technical documentation, and the preparation of project deliverables.
Participate in site visits and inspections to gain exposure to the assessment and maintenance of existing structures.
Contribute to projects at various stages of delivery while developing an understanding of engineering standards, design processes and industry best practices.
Collaborate with engineers and other disciplines to help deliver innovative and sustainable infrastructure solutions.
Build practical skills and industry knowledge through hands‐on project experience and mentoring from experienced professionals.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree: must be in the penultimate year of a Bachelor's or Postgraduate degree in Civil/Structural Engineering.
Commencement: able to work full time hours from 16 November **** to 19 February ****.
Working Rights: must have full working rights to work in Australia or New Zealand before applying.
