Chatswood ENT is seeking a friendly Medical Receptionist / Medical Administrator to join our Mid North Coast team.
The role is casual (1–2 days per week) with work-from-home arrangements and attendance at the Kempsey clinic for face-to-face reception.
You will manage patient check-ins, bookings, emails, billing, and records using cloud-based practice software, supporting doctors and patients across our regional service area.
Versatile shifts and full training provided.
