About The Role
In this role, you will act as a frontline troubleshooter, providing excellent sales skills and resolving issues to customers over the phone or email.
You will help build positive customer relationships with Aidacare by offering an exceptional first impression, with superior administration skills and stellar customer support.
Role Title: Customer Service Consultant
Location: Regency Park, South Australia, Australia
Hours: Monday – Friday, Casual position, 5 hours each day (chance of hours to increase)
Role Level: Entry - Mid
Reporting: Customer Service Manager
Essential Skills & Qualifications
Previous customer service or industry experience preferred, but not essential
Adept at navigating computer systems to manage customer interactions and records
Ability to analyse situations and think critically to find solutions to customer issues
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to remain composed in a fast-paced work workplace and under pressure
Duties & Responsibilities
Resolve customer issues and concerns in an efficient manner
Learn and stay up-to-date with our products and services,



and use this knowledge to enhance customer experience
Assist customers with accurate and timely order placement, tracking, and processing
Foster strong and positive relationships with customers to encourage loyalty and repeat business
Provide excellent customer service over the phone and on emails making a great first impression in every case
