What You'll Be Doing
Leading and supervising our workshop team on a daily basis
Planning and coordinating workflow to meet production schedules
Leading by example with a hands‐on approach to cabinet making
Monitoring workmanship to ensure every project meets our quality standards
Providing guidance, training and mentoring to apprentices and tradespeople




Identifying production issues early and implementing practical solutions
Working closely with the Operations Manager and Project Managers to ensure projects are delivered on time
Ensuring machinery, equipment and the workshop are maintained to a high standard
Promoting a safe, organised and efficient workplace
Encouraging accountability, teamwork and continuous improvement
What We're Looking For
Proven experience in a Leading Hand, Supervisor or Team Leader role within a custom joinery or cabinetmaking business
Qualified Cabinet Maker with extensive industry experience
Strong technical knowledge of residential custom joinery construction and manufacturing
The ability to motivate, mentor and develop a team
Excellent organisational and communication skills
A proactive problem solver who remains calm under pressure
High attention to detail and commitment to producing quality work
A positive attitude and strong work ethic
Commitment to maintaining a safe and productive workplace
