The Prospect
As a driven and high performing Financial Planning and Analysis Analyst you will play a pivotal role in providing high level, extensive financial and variance analysis for individual business units, projects and programmes.
Key Responsibilities
Monthly financial reporting and providing analyses on major variances with appropriate strategies to be undertaken.
Ensuring the integrity of budget information and assisting in the annual budget development and quarterly review process.
Conducting high‐level financial and non‐financial analysis across business units, projects, and programs, providing insights and recommendations to support decision‐making and improve financial performance.
Providing support to the manager to effectively manage the budget process and report on the Department's budget position.
Managing cost recovery processes,
billing, and cost allocation across business segments, ensuring timely payments and accurate distribution of corporate overheads.
Enhancing budgeting, forecasting, and reporting processes, while ensuring compliance with policies, ethical standards, and workplace safety and diversity principles.
The successful candidate will demonstrate experience in the development and analysis of financial reports and have experience working with ERP systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
