What you'll be doing
Provide friendly, professional customer service over the phone and in person.
Help customers with enquiries, requests, payments and a wide range of council services.
Develop knowledge of council policies, departments and operations.
Coordinate bookings for the Clarence Community Bus, support volunteer drivers and manage council vehicle bookings.
Build positive relationships with customers, colleagues and community members.
Contribute to improving the way we work by sharing ideas and supporting your team.
What you'll bring
Experience delivering excellent customer service in a busy environment.
Strong communication skills and a genuine desire to help people.
Confidence using computer systems and completing administrative tasks accurately.
Experience handling payments and maintaining attention to detail.
The ability to work collaboratively, adapt to changing priorities and learn new skills.
A national police check certificate (dated within 6 months) prior to commencement.

Base salary between $71,****** and $78,****** pro rata (depending on skills and experience) + 13.5% superannuation
Permanent and part-time
3 days per week (Mondays,
Tuesdays and Wednesdays, 9 am - 5.15 pm with a 45 minute lunch break)
