Job Description
Due to rapid growth our client is now urgently seeking to recruit an experienced Water Treatment Service Engineer/Chemist to join their well‐established water treatment company for various contracts in around the Norfolk area.
Undertaking duties such as flushing of calorifiers and providing a full range of service chemist duties on an array of systems across a variety of sectors.
Applications from Kings Lynn, Ipswich, Peterborough and surrounding areas will be considered.
Qualifications & experience
Strong educational, chemical and water treatment background required.
Have good communication skills, both written and verbal.
Must have prior experience working in this role.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Good working knowledge of water treatment/hygiene industry essential.
Role
Chemical analysis on cooling towers, steam boilers and closed heated and chilled systems.
Maintenance on domestic and industrial water systems.




Routine monitoring tasks at multiple sector properties as per site management control logs.
Dosing of systems, closed system flushing, water softener servicing and disinfection of systems.
Providing the full range of service chemist duties on an array of systems across a variety of sectors.
Flushing of calorifiers.
Updating of site log books.
Maintain a professional working relationship with clients.
