About the Role In
this role, you'll lead our national onboarding and implementation
function, responsible for delivering a high-volume SaaS
implementation program across Australia.
This newly created role
focuses on speed, scale, and simplicity - improving processes,
reducing cycle times, and removing bottlenecks so customers can
realise value faster, without compromising experience or quality.
Key responsibilities: Lead and develop a national implementations
team Own implementation strategy, delivery performance, and
continuous improvement Analyse workflows and cycle times to
increase efficiency and throughput Drive standardised, repeatable
implementation processes and documentation Partner with Product,
CX, and Delivery teams to improve systems and tools Ensure clear




customer communication, timelines, and expectations About You
You're a process-focused leader who thrives in fast-paced SaaS
environments and enjoys turning complexity into straightforward, scalable
solutions.
You'll bring: Experience leading service delivery,
professional services, or operations teams Strong people leadership
and change management capability Proven success delivering
high-volume SaaS implementations or onboarding A data-driven
