The Role
We are seeking an enthusiastic and experiencedSupervisorto support the daily operations of Lobby Lounge and help deliver exceptional guest experiences.
Working closely with the Venue Manager and Assistant Venue Manager, you'll lead by example on the floor, support and develop team members, and ensure service standards are consistently delivered across all areas of the venue.

Key Responsibilities
Support the day-to-day operations and performance of Lobby Lounge




Deliver outstanding guest experiences and uphold service standards
Lead, coach and motivate team members during service
Ensure operational excellence, venue presentation and compliance requirements
Assist with labour management, stock control and achieving business goals
About You
Previous experience in a hospitality Supervisor role
Strong leadership skills with the ability to engage and develop teams
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced hospitality workplace
To Be Successful, You'll Need
A current Approved Manager's Licence or willingness to obtain one
Full availability across a rotating roster, including evenings, weekends and public holidays
Hold full Australian working rights
