About the Role
We're looking for a curious, drivenGraduate Chemical / Process Engineerto join our team as part of our three‐year Graduate Program.
This role offersrotations across departments and multiple Tronox sites, giving you broad exposure to our full value chain — from mining to processing to final pigment production.
To get the most out of the program, you'll need to be open to rotating between locations for periods of your program.
As our Graduate Process Engineer, you will complete your first rotation of approximately 12 months, at ourBunbury Pigment Plant.
Subsequent rotations could be at any of our sites based across Western Australia and New South Wales.

What You'll Do
As a Graduate Chemical / Process Engineer, you'll be hands‐on from day one.
We believe the most effective way for you to learn about our business is to be immersed in our operational activities from the start.
You will therefore get the chance to immediately apply the knowledge you've gained at university to our manufacturing and mining environments.
This is a role where you'll learn fast, think critically and see the impact of your work every day.
