Salary:$200,000 package + bonus incentives

We're looking for an experienced Site Manager to lead the on-site delivery of a Defence construction project from commencement through to completion.
You will be the driving force on a live site; overseeing every aspect of operations, supported by a dedicated and results-driven team.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage all on-site operations from mobilisation through to practical completion
Implement and monitor Defence protocols within a live site
Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers and site teams to ensure smooth workflow and programme adherence
Ensure compliance with WHSE requirements, quality standards and contractual obligations
Proactively identify and resolve site issues before they become problems
Manage site logistics, programming and sequencing of works
Maintain solid client relationships through clear communication and professional site conduct
Oversee quality control, inspections and defect management
Work collaboratively with Project Manager and Contract Administrator to support procurement, variations and project reporting
Foster a positive, productive site culture that reflects Jordi Construct's values
About You
Proven experience as a Site Manager in construction, Defence and/or electrical experience favourable




Strong technical knowledge and ability to read plans, specifications and manage construction processes
Excellent leadership and people management skills - you know how to get the best from your trades
Solution-focused mindset with the ability to think outside the box and on your feet
Strong communicator who builds trust with clients, subcontractors and the team
High safety standards and commitment to maintaining a compliant, well-run site
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-accountability workplace
Someone who takes pride in their work and genuinely enjoys being part of a team
