Working at The Queanbeyan Performing Arts Centre and across our broader events spaces is a chance to be part of an exciting and dynamic customer service team delivering high-quality performing arts and community programs from around our region, the country, and the world.
In this role you will:
Support comprehensive venue operations, including event setup and pack down, ticketing, administrative tasks, and compliant food and beverage services.
Deliver exceptional customer service to patrons, hirers, and artists by handling enquiries, ushering, processing transactions, and ensuring a high standard of venue presentation.
Gain exciting opportunities to develop your skills while constructively contributing to dynamic performing arts programs, exhibitions, and community events.
What we are looking for:
Outstanding customer service skills with a friendly approachable manner and the ability to handle inquiries and resolve issues professionally.




Experience in at least one of hospitality, ticketing or point-of-sale systems, with experience in multiple areas highly regarded
Strong teamwork and communication skills, with attention to detail and the ability to following procedures accurately.
Flexibility to work a variety of shifts including evenings, weekends and public holidays (daytime availability highly regarded)
Currently holds a NSW Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) competency card.
