V Thai by Rice on Me is looking for an experienced and passionateFull-Time Chefto join our team in Windsor, NSW.
Salary:$75,000–$80,000 per year + superannuation
Key Responsibilities
Plan menus and develop recent dishes.
Prepare and cook authentic Thai cuisine.
Maintain high standards of food quality, hygiene and food safety.
Monitor food and labour costs and manage kitchen stock.
Order supplies and check deliveries.
Train and supervise kitchen staff.
Ensure customer dietary and allergy requirements are met.




Oversee daily kitchen operations and food presentation.
Assist with catering and special events.
Prepare staff rosters and support kitchen management.
Requirements
ADiploma of Hospitality Managementor an equivalent trade qualification.
At least3 years of full-time work experienceas a Chef.
Experience preparing authentic Thai cuisine is preferred.
Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
Good communication, teamwork and organisational skills.

Weekend and public holiday work may be required.
