The Role
We're looking for a passionate Food and Beverage Duty Manager to join our dynamic team on the stunning Rottnest Island.

As the Duty Manager you will be:
Overseeing daily Food & Beverage operations, ensuring seamless service delivery.
Leading, mentoring, and motivating the team to create unforgettable guest experiences.
Managing stock, rostering, and maintaining service standards.
Problem-solving on the fly to keep things running smoothly.
Collaborating with the wider resort team to deliver excellence across the board.
Skills & Experience
To be successful in this role you must have the following knowledge, experience and attributes:
Proven experience in Food & Beverage management or a similar leadership role.
A hands-on leader with a passion for creating amazing dining experiences.




Strong organizational skills and the ability to think on your feet.
A positive attitude and a love for teamwork.
A commitment to excellence and guest satisfaction.
Certified Responsible Service of Alcohol.
Approved Manager preferred.
A current valid driver's licence is essential.

This role may involve extensive manual handling tasks including lifting up to 20kg kneeling and squatting, as well as handling chemicals and utilising machinery.
