Pier One Sydney Harbour is on the lookout for enthusiastic and professional Bartenders to join our vibrant Food & Beverage team.

As a Bartender, you'll be at the heart of our guest experience—serving up expertly crafted beverages, engaging with guests, and maintaining a clean, stylish bar environment.
Your attention to detail, product knowledge, and warm hospitality will help create memorable moments for every guest.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare and serve drinks according to recipes and standards
Open and serve wine and champagne bottles with precision
Maintain cleanliness and setup of the bar and surrounding areas
Stock and replenish supplies including ice, glassware, and garnishes
Process payments accurately and complete end-of-shift banking duties
Secure all alcohol and bar equipment at the end of each shift
Follow RSA and safety guidelines at all times
Engage with guests in a friendly, professional manner
Support your team and contribute to a positive work environment
What We're Looking For
Previous bartending experience (minimum 1 year preferred)
Current NSW RSA certification
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure
A passion for hospitality and guest satisfaction
Flexibility to work across a variety of shifts, including public holidays, evenings and weekends
