Are you a skilledMechanical Fitterlooking to join a well-established team working on critical equipment for the mining industry?
We are currently seeking an experienced fitter to join ourworkshop-based team, specialising in therepair, service and overhaul of submersible pumps.
What We Offer:

Monday to Friday, 7:30am - 4pm with no overtime required

About the Role:
Working in a clean and safety-focused workshop environment, your core responsibilities will include:
Stripping down, inspecting, and diagnosing faults in submersible pumps
Repairing and reassembling pumps to manufacturer specifications
Performing maintenance on a wide range of mechanical components
Conducting pressure and performance testing post-repair
Maintaining detailed job records and reports
Working collaboratively with supervisors and fellow tradespeople to ensure quick turnaround times
What We're Looking For:
Trade qualified Mechanical Fitter or Fitter & Turner; will also consider a skilled TA who has had exposure to pumps
Proven experience working onsubmersible pumpsor similar rotating equipment desirable
Strong mechanical aptitude and diagnostic skills
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
Safety-first mindset and commitment to workshop best practices
Forklift ticket desirable
Previous mining or heavy industry experience desirable
