What you'll do:
Provide evidence-based clinical services including detailed medication reconciliation, inpatient chart reviews, and therapeutic drug monitoring.
Participate in consultant ward rounds and work cooperatively within a comprehensive multidisciplinary team.
Utilize the SHPA ClinCAT framework for objective practice evaluation and structured clinical progression.
Access dedicated Professional Development Leave and financial allowances to support post-graduate education.
Provide foundational clinical education and operational supervision to students and pharmacy assistants.
