We're looking for friendly and reliable Hospitality All-Rounders to join the team at Compass Group.

THE POSITION:
Ability to pass a pre-employment medical with drug and alcohol screening and national police clearance
Australia driver licence and Responsible Service of Alcohol Certificate are required
Experience in a fast-paced environment, with an eagerness to learn
Flying out only from Perth Airport, to support village accommodation across multiple villages in Western Australia

Must have unrestricted work rights in Australia to fully engage in all job responsibilities




Exhibit excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with a diverse team, contributing to a harmonious and productive work environment
Be prepared to work on a FIFO roster, showing adaptability and resilience in various work environments
Committed to providing exceptional service and ensuring a positive resident experience
Hotel or FIFO Hospitality experience highly regarded
Meticulous in performing tasks and ensuring the cleanliness and organisation of the work environment
