About the Role
Reporting to the Directors, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of residential and mixed-use schemes, with the support of an experienced assistant.
You will play a key role in delivering high-quality service to owners, committees, contractors, and stakeholders while ensuring effective governance and compliance.
Key Responsibilities
Manage a residential and mixed-use strata portfolio
Build and maintain strong relationships with owners, committees, contractors, and stakeholders
Prepare for and chair Annual General Meetings and other committee meetings
Coordinate repairs, maintenance, and capital works projects
Manage contractor quotations, tenders, and service agreements
Provide guidance and support to committees on legislative requirements and industry best practice
Ensure schemes are effectively administered, compliant, and operating efficiently
About You
We are seeking a professional and organized individual who is passionate about delivering quality service and building positive client relationships.
You will have:
Minimum 12 months' experience in body corporate/strata management (or an experienced assistant looking to step into a portfolio management role)
Excellent time management and organizational skills
A proactive, solution-focused approach with strong attention to detail
Sound understanding of financial management, budgeting, and accounting principles
Solid communication skills and the ability to manage sensitive matters and resolve conflicts professionally
The ability to work independently while contributing positively to a supportive team environment
