Securecorp is seeking an experienced Control Room Operator for a casual position based in Broadmeadows at a leading pharmaceutical site.
This role is suited to a confident operator with at least two years' experience, capable of managing CCTV, access control, incidents, and communications in a high-risk, fast-paced workplace.
You will play a critical role in maintaining site safety, accuracy, and operational reliability.

Key Responsibilities
Monitor and manage CCTV systems with precision
Assess and respond to security risks in real time
Coordinate emergency responses and liaise with stakeholders
Maintain accurate incident reports, logs, and visitor records




Manage access control for staff, visitors, and contractors
Operate two-way radio systems and deploy security personnel
Participate in training and simulation exercises
Skills & Experience
Minimum 2 years' experience in a control room environment
Current Security Licence with Control Room endorsement
Strong admin skills and computer literacy
Experience in high-pressure environments and fire panel systems
Proficiency in Gallagher, Avigilon, Genetec, Ascom, PassagePoint (or similar)
Current First Aid and CPR certification
ASIC Clearance (or willingness to obtain)
Hepatitis B & Influenza certificates (or willingness to obtain)
Driver's Licence and reliable transport
Ability to work independently and within a team
