Starting in a casual role with the intention of progressing to full-time, you'll receive comprehensive training, ongoing mentoring and hands-on experience from some of Perth's leading property management professionals.
Whether you already have industry experience or you're looking to take your first step into real estate, we'll provide full training for the right person.

You'll work alongside two experienced Property Managers, supporting a large and growing portfolio of properties across the Perth metropolitan area.
No two days are the same, so if you enjoy variety, solving problems and keeping busy, you'll fit right in.
About the role
You'll play an important part in supporting our Property Managers with the day-to-day management of their portfolios, including:
Assisting with the management of a large and growing portfolio.
Conducting routine inspections and property visits.
Liaising with landlords, tenants and contractors.
Coordinating maintenance requests and following jobs through to completion.




Providing administrative support to ensure the smooth running of the portfolio.
Travelling throughout the Perth metropolitan area as required.

Holds a current, unrestricted driver's licence and has their own reliable vehicle for travel throughout the Perth metropolitan area.
Is willing to travel throughout the Perth metropolitan area.
