In this role, you'll bring initiatives to life across the business from people programs and internal campaigns to community impact through theTechnologyOne Foundation, helping drive engagement, attraction, retention and advocacy, while making a meaningful difference in the communities we support.

What you'll be doing
Plan and deliver engaging people programs aligned to our People & Culture strategy, designed to build engagement and connection across our global offices
Review and evolve program cadences to ensure they stay effective, relevant and scalable
Manage and support our TechnologyOne Foundation Champion Network to help deliver our 1% pledge commitment across all of our locations
Track budgets, participation and program outcomes, turning data into practical insights and recommendations, that help us improve and evolve
Partner closely with Marketing and Internal Communications to create and roll out engaging campaigns and events that inspire and uplift our communities
Help drive people initiatives across multiple office locations, ensuring a consistent and high-quality employee experience
Identify opportunities to continuously improve program delivery, engagement and scalability
Support volunteering and community initiatives that connect our people to the work of the TechnologyOne Foundation
Your talents




Tertiary qualifications in Business, Human Resources or a related discipline
Experience driving end to end social impact and community initiatives, working closely with Not-for-Profit organisations
Proven experience delivering people programs including design, planning, implementation and continuous improvement
Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to work collaboratively across multiple teams
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong analytical capability, including budget tracking, participation reporting and turning data into insights that support evolution and continuous improvement
Confidence in engaging and influencing others in community and volunteering initiatives
Excellent organisation and time management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple priorities
A naturally energetic, proactive approach and a passion for creating meaningful people experiences
