Support Coach | Supported Employment | Bunbury
Workpower is looking for a positive, hands‐on Support Coach to join our Bunbury team.
In this role, you'll support employees with disability on the work floor, helping them build confidence, develop workplace skills and complete tasks safely and successfully.
You'll also assist with external cleaning contracts when required, including BBQ cleaning and various cleaning contracts, so we're looking for someone who is adaptable, practical and happy to get involved wherever needed.

Our Support Coaches play an important role in providing practical support, encouragement and guidance to help supported employees succeed at work.
About the Role
As a Support Coach at our Bunbury site, you will work alongside supported employees on the floor and provide day-to-day coaching and assistance.
Your responsibilities may include:
Supporting and supervising employees with disability in the workplace
Helping employees understand tasks, routines and workplace expectations
Building confidence, independence and practical work skills
Providing encouragement, mentoring and constructive feedback
Monitoring safety, quality and productivity on the work floor
Assisting with planning and allocating daily tasks
Completing required documentation and progress notes




Supporting the wider Bunbury team wherever needed
Attending external cleaning contracts, including BBQ and Telstra cleaning
Providing contract coverage during periods of leave or increased seasonal demand
Building positive relationships with employees, colleagues and customers
This is a varied and hands‐on role where no two days are the same.

Can provide clear instructions and adapt their communication style
Is organised, reliable and safety-focused
Can work independently when attending external contracts
Is flexible and willing to help across different work areas
Can build positive relationships with employees and customers
Is comfortable completing hands‐on cleaning work when required
Previous experience in disability support, employment services, coaching, cleaning or supervising a team would be highly regarded, but is not essential.
Essential Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
NDIS Worker Screening Clearance
Working With Children Check
Current First Aid Certificate
Valid driver's licence and reliable vehicle
