About the Role
We are seeking an experiencedServiceNow Developerto design, develop, customise, and support enterprise ServiceNow solutions across multiple platform modules.
You will work closely with business analysts, solution architects, and project teams to deliver scalable, high-quality ServiceNow solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and customise ServiceNow applications, workflows, forms, business rules, UI Policies, client scripts, and catalog items.
Implement, configure, and support ServiceNow modules includingITSM, ITOM, CMDB, Service Catalog, and Service Portal.
Develop integrations usingREST/SOAP APIsandIntegration Hub.
Perform unit testing, troubleshooting, deployment, and production support.
Collaborate with Business Analysts, Solution Architects, QA teams, and stakeholders throughout the delivery lifecycle.




Ensure solutions follow ServiceNow development standards, best practices, and governance.
Required Skills & Experience
5+ years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience.
Hands-on experience implementing, configuring, and supporting one or more of the following modules:ITSM, ITOM, CMDB, Service Catalog, and Service Portal.
Experience building integrations usingREST/SOAP APIsandIntegration Hub.
Solid experience with ServiceNow workflows, business rules, UI Policies, client scripts, forms, and catalog items.
Good understanding ofITILprinciples andAgile/Scrumdelivery methodologies.
Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and stakeholder collaboration skills.
