In this role, you will:
Coordinate and facilitate access arrangements, organise visits and provide supportive interaction in a caring and professional manner.
Facilitate the play/activities of children and young people during access visits.
Promote positive behaviour by responding to challenges using effective strategies to de-escalate conflict.
Support Aboriginal, Torres Strait Islander, and culturally diverse communities through inclusive practice while expanding your cultural awareness.
About You:
You have experience relating positively with children and young people to understand their needs.
You are able to work collaboratively with a diverse range of stakeholders to deliver timely, high-quality services.
You can manage workloads by planning, organising and prioritising responsibilities effectively.
You have robust active listening skills, with the ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.
